Amanda Strong – Staff

Amanda got her start in the legal field in 2014, right here at Joey Gilbert Law. During 2014-2015 she assisted Mr. Gilbert as an executive assistant and his Personal Injury team with pre-litigation letters of representation and record requests. In the spring of 2015, she received her Paralegal Certificate from UNR. Amanda went on to work for Farmers Insurance, gaining valuable insight into insurance practices and the management of claims. In 2020 she stepped into the role of Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal and as of December 2022, is once again a part of the team here at Joey Gilbert

Law. Amanda handles all pre-trial preparation of cases and stays with them throughout the trial process. Amanda was born and raised in Elko, Nevada and has a passion for dance. Formerly she was a dancer for the Reno Bighorns-Sacramento Kings D-League Affiliate and for the Reno Aces. Amanda hopes to coach or choreograph for local teams. In her downtime, you can find her at the dog park with her 1-yearold mini Bernedoodle, Lola.
